- December 2024 - Complete redesign of this website using Jekyll
- I’m excited to announce the complete redesign of this website! The update modernizes the site’s structure and functinality while preserving the rich history of Eamon. Highlights include:
- Modern Markdown Framework
- All pages were converted to Markdown, replacing 20+ years of outdated FrontPage code. This change makes future updates easier and cleaner.
- Enhanced Playability:
- The former “Eamon on Java” pages have been completely rebuilt to use JavaScript, improving usability and performance.
- Updated Content:
- Many previously overlooked adventures have been added to the site.
- Links and references have been updated throughout, including integration with the Eamon Wiki for additional resources.
- Improved Accessibility:
- Navigation and layout changes make it easier to find and explore content, whether you’re new to Eamon or a long-time fan.

2015
- 22 July 2015 - Published the Eamon AC project - a successful port of Eamon to the ANSI C programming language. EAC is a hybrid system - functionally, parts of Donald Brown’s Classic Eamon and Frank Black Production’s Eamon Deluxe have been integrated, but the system itself was written from scratch and contains many new features.
2011
- 3 April 2011 - Front page replaced with simplified version. Museum introduced.
2009
- 25 October 2009 - Added a second addendum to the emulator page written by Henry Haskell.
- 25 October 2009 - Added new map of #5 Castle of Doom from Huw Williams.
- 13 March 2009 - Added Eamon graphics from multiple adventures.
